Our Marketplace is designed to reflect the changing nature of our vendors. Over the past few years, American vendors have experienced increasing difficulty crossing the border with their goods. In addition, there are fewer Canadian vendors, especially in Ontario, who are able to attend. While we will continue to look for vendors from whom ringers can purchase various hand bell related merchandise, our aim is to host a variety of craft items as well.
We have a variety of vendors already signed up for our Marketplace. Check out our vendor list and description of their wares HERE.
If you are interested in being a vendor or know someone we should contact to be part of the 2019 Festival Marketplace, please contact Barbara Neal at (905) 812-8253 or firstname.lastname@example.org .
We have received many donations from individuals, choirs, and businesses for the Silent Auction. Some of these include jewelry, gift baskets with various themes, hand-crafted items such as a foot stool, a table, quilted items, and wall art.
Donations can be dropped off Thursday in Building J, Gym 3, next to the ringing floor.
Make sure to visit the tables frequently, and place a bid on something that appeals.
Some need-to-know auction details:
- Payment will be accepted by cash or cheque only.
- A minimum bid will be placed on each item, with $5.00 increments.
- A Buy Now option (80% of the suggested value) will allow the purchaser to pay a pre-set minimum Buy Now price to own the item immediately.
Winners will be announced at the final massed practice, with pick up and payment before the final concert.
