What if I belong to more than one bell choir? Do I have to pay two fees?
You will only need to pay one fee. You can choose which choir you register with.
What if I direct more than one bell choir?
If the choirs are under the same organisational umbrella, e.g., in the same church, you need pay only one Director’s fee. If, however, you direct one church choir and one community choir, you would pay the Director’s fee for both organisations.
What if my organization pays for my membership?
Pass your renewal invoice to the choir administrator or director for payment. You will still need to check and update your profile personally.
I'm not comfortable paying my membership online. Are there alternatives?
We’ve tried to make paying memberships easy with the online option, and we encourage it as being less work for you and for us, but we do understand that some are not comfortable with this. If you wish, you may send a cheque, made payable to Ontario Guild of English Handbell Ringers, by mail to Helen Coxon, 61 Wheatfield Road, Etobicoke, ON M8V 2P5.
I am a choir director or choir administrator and want to pay for multiple members. How do I do that?
For the 2022 renewal, you can
(a) send a cheque made payable to Ontario Guild of English Handbell Ringers, with a list of the names and emails of members whose fees are being paid, to Helen Coxon, OGEHR Membership Secretary, 61 Wheatfield Road, Etobicoke, ON M8V 2P5 OR
(b) email membership@OGEHR.ca with a list of names and emails and an invoice can be generated for your church records.
We are intending that this process be made more automatic for future renewals.

Send an email to Helen at membership@OGEHR.ca. She will issue you a temporary password, which you can use to login, and then change your password to something easy to remember.
What happens if I do not renew my membership by the end of the renewal period?
If the renewal deadline (November 30 for the 2022-23 renewal) passes and you have not paid your membership fee, your membership will lapse. You will no longer receive the weekly email newsletter, and you will not have access to any of the member resources on the website.
I have let my membership lapse. How do I get reinstated?
Log on as usual, update your profile and pay your membership. If you need an invoice, please email membership@OGEHR.ca
