If youve ever attended a handbell festival, you know the thrill of performing with hundreds of other ringers, attending workshops, hearing other choirs, and meeting other handbell ringers. 

Registration opens January 1, 2025

How to Register

When do I register?

  • Registration opens January 1, 2025
  • The Early-bird option is available until February 28, 2025.
  • Registration closes April 15, 2025.

When registration opens, you will choose which type of registration to do.

  • Copper A
  • Copper B
  • Bronze

After choosing your level, you will decide what type of registration you would like to do.

  • Ringer (Part of a choir coming to the festival.)
  • Lone Ringer (Not part of a choir coming to the festival.
  • Choir Director
  • Chaperone / Observer

Once you have navigated to the correct page by making your type and level decisions, then you can choose what meal option you would like?

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday - with all meals - Early bird $365 / $390 after February 28, 2025.
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday - NO meals - Early bird $205 / $230 after February 28, 2025.
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday - with lunch and dinner (Provide your own breakfast in your room.) Early bird $335 / $360 after February 28, 2025.
  • Registration closes April 15, 2025.

After Registering

Am I staying at Mohawk College Residence or commuting?

  • A promo code will be provided if you would like to stay on site at the Mohawk Conference Residence. Each room is a suite with two bedrooms and a kitchenette. $129.95 + tax a night. Have a look!
  • Parking passes can be purchased in advance for the festival if you are commuting.

When do I choose my workshops?

        • Workshops are chosen after registering for the festival. A separate workshop page will be available.

Should I apply for a festival Bursary?

  • A limited number of bursaries are available to those who have a need. An online application may be filled out.
  • Applications are due by November 30, 2024

CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPTS 

Once your registration is completed and your payment is processed, you will receive an emailed confirmation message and a receipt. Please keep these for your records. The receipt is your proof of payment. On this receipt you will find a link to register for workshops.

REFUNDS

Life happens when you don't expect it. In case of severe illness, hospitalization or accident, we can offer a partial refund under the following conditions: A $50 registration deposit is non-refundable. A 75% refund will be made on the remainder of your payment if cancellation is made before April 15th; 50% if before May 1st; and NO refund after May 1st.
