If youve ever attended a handbell festival, you know the thrill of performing with hundreds of other ringers, attending workshops, hearing other choirs, and meeting other handbell ringers. 

Registration is now open.

Please look over the information below before registering, and then click on the appropriate type of registration.

Timeline

  • Early-Bird Registration - January 1st, 2025 to February 28, 2025
  • Regular Registration - March 1, 2025 to April 15, 2025
  • Festival Dates - Thursday, June 5, 2025 to Saturday, June 7, 2025

Before You Register

Here's what you need to know before you register:

  • The name of your handbell choir.
  • The level of music your are playing. (Note: Each level increased in difficulty)
      • Copper A - Level 2 music
      • Copper B - Level 3 music 
      • Bronze - Level 4 and higher
      • Note: For youth choirs, your director will supply this information. Chaperones do not need this information.
  • The meal option you would like to choose. (Options are listed below.)
  • The type of registration you will be completing:
      • Ringer - You are a ringer in a choir, or a solo ringer
      • Choir Director - You are the director of a choir
      • Youth Ringer - You are under 18 and a ringer in a choir
      • Chaperone - You are accompanying a youth ringer to the festival
      • Observer - You are observing the festival but not participating in the ringing, possibly as a spouse of a ringer or similar
      • One Day Participant - You are participating in one day of the festival activities

Meal Options

  • All meals
  • No meals 
  • Lunch and Dinner only (Provide your own breakfast in your room.) 

Cost
        • The various fee options all include:
              • Festival registration
              • Workshops & mini concerts
              • Social activities
              • Your specific meal choice
        • Accommodation at the festival is a separate charge and is paid directly to Mohawk Residence & Conference Centre

How are you registering for the festival?

Confirmation & Receipts 

Once your registration is completed and your payment is processed, you will receive an emailed confirmation message and a receipt. Please keep these for your records. The receipt is your proof of payment. On this receipt you will find a link to register for workshops.

Refunds

Life happens when you don't expect it. In case of severe illness, hospitalization or accident, we can offer a partial refund under the following conditions: A $50 registration deposit is non-refundable. A 75% refund will be made on the remainder of your payment if cancellation is made before April 15th; 50% if before May 1st; and NO refund after May 1st.
