Accommodation is full Just before Easter we maxed out the accommodation in the Mohawk residence. There are no more blocks to be added, as there are no more rooms available. For a short while the Mohawk residence was showing up on Hotels.com but all of those rooms are also now full. I visited the college and the specifically the residence after Easter this past Tuesday to double check on the room situation, and everything is full. Unless there are any cancellations from another group, or the general public (as there rooms are available through booking services) other accommodations will need to be explored. I called a nearby hotel that was suggested by the manager of Mohawk residence to see about a group deal for our ringers. The best they could do for our dates was $225/night. By using Hotels.com I was able to find better rates, so I did not opt to arrange for a group contract.

Options

Your accommodation is booked directly with the Mohawk's Residence & Conference centre. All the suites are the same, two bedrooms and a kitchenette. The price is per suite, per night.
Important
Each booking reserves a two-bedroom suite, which accommodates up to two participants. Only one person needs to make the booking for the suite. The system will not match you with a suitemate—it is your responsibility to find someone to share with and coordinate payment arrangements directly with them.
Deadline to book accommodations: Thursday, May 15, 2025 (Or until all the rooms are gone!)
Residence & Conference Centre
- At Mohawk all residence units are the same, 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette.
- The price is per unit per night regardless of the number of people staying in the unit.
- You will have the opportunity to bring food to the festival and save on some or all of the meal plan cost!
Important
Please note that cooking utensils and dishes are NOT provided with the accommodation. You will need to bring whatever you need to prepare meals, if you choose to make your own.

Where is everything located within Mohawk?
Have a look at the site map below.
- We will be parking in Parking Lot 8 (Top left of the map.)
- The Residence is just above Parking Lot 8.
- The Ringing Floor is in the David Braley Athletic Centre. (Building R) It is a 5 minute walk from the residence to Building R.
- Social Central is in Building G. You do have to go outside to get from Building R to Building G, but there is a covered walkway. (No need to worry about rain!)
- All of the workshops are along one main floor hallway in Building E.
- Our meals are in the cafeteria at the end of the hallway between Building E and Building C.
- The Marketplace is in Building C, just past the cafeteria.
