Come out and have some ringing fun at Central East Area's next Playdate! You can choose two workshops from the following four choices:
Speed Skating - Weaving and 4-in-Hand Power: Glide across the tables like a pro! This fast-paced workshop sharpens your weaving skills, boosts coordination, and builds smooth, effortless ringing. Get ready to pick up speed, polish your technique, and feel the thrill of musical momentum!
Figure Skating - Choreography & Musical Expression: Bring artistry to your ringing! In this creative session, you’ll explore expressive movement, graceful bell motion, and performance flair that elevates any solo or ensemble moment. Sparkle on “ice” with choreography that makes your music shine.
Ski Jump - Big Techniques & Daring Moves: Take flight with dramatic, crowd-pleasing techniques! Learn bold moves like mallet rolls, Shelley, bell trees, and suspended effects. This workshop is all about confidence, power, and adding WOW-factor to your playing—perfect for ringers who love a challenge!
Biathlon - Sight-Reading Meets Accuracy: Test your focus and finesse in this Olympic-style challenge! You’ll alternate between quick sight-reading “sprints” and precision damping or bell-changes “targets.” It’s musical stamina meets technical accuracy—an exciting event for ringers who love pushing their limits!
You will be able to state your two choices during the registration process.
Important note - Experience is not required. It's all about learning and having fun!

Bring your own: Bells, chimes, foam, table covers, mallets, binders, risers, floor mats, refillable water bottle, and bag lunch.
