The Important Stuff
We are working on trying to simplify how you check in when you arrive at the festive on Thursday!
- To check in, go to InfoCentral. Your choir registration packages (Name Tags, Festival Booklet, etc.) will be available there, as usual.
- Move over to the Accommodation table and pick up your residence keys! That's it!
This year, because the booking is being done through OGEHR, all of the information that you would normally have to do at the residence desk is being done in advance. Just pick up your keys and head to the residence after 3:00pm.
What is the residence like?
Merlin House is the newest build and is our primary residence. Falcon House will be used if we need additional rooms for the festival. Both building are very close to the ringing floor, just across the street.

Every suite is 4 bedrooms with a kitchenette and a living room space. There are two washrooms in each suite.
Please note that cooking utensils and dishes are NOT provided with the accommodation. You will need to bring whatever you need to prepare meals, if you choose to make your own.
Important
Cost
- The cost per suite is $300 per night.
- You can have up to 4 people in a suite and share the costs.
- Please Note: Only one person does the accommodation registration. That person pays for the suite and provides the names of the roommates who will be in the suite. Roommates sort out the cost sharing amongst themselves.
General Information
- Check-in Time is 3:00pm on the day of your arrival.
- Check-out Time is 11:00am on the day of your departure.
- Complementary Wi-Fi.
- The front desk is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to assist you.
