Boxed Dinner (Annual Meeting) – Chicken Stir Fry: ramen noodles or medley with grilled chicken strips. Accompanied with green salad, assorted cookies, and a variety of canned beverages.
Friday, June 11, 2027
Breakfast
Traditional Hot Breakfast: bacon/sausage, home fries, scrambled eggs, yogurt, and granola, toast, served with jam, butter and cottage cheese. Accompanied with freshly sliced fruit and coffee service plus.
Lunch
Taco Bar: soft and hard taco shells with grilled chicken strips and marinated ground beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, black, olives, jalapeƱos, bell peppers, red, onion, tomato, refried beans, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole served with tortilla chips. Accompanied coffee service plus an assortment of cookies.
Dinner
Mediterranean Fare: Chicken skewers, marinated, grilled vegetables, falafel, basmati, rice, Greek salad, hummus, tzatziki, and Kalamata olives served with grilled pitas.

Breakfast

House, salad, deluxe sandwich, platters, freshly baked cookie trays, assorted pop/water/juice.
Dinner
Chicken & Steak Fajitas: soft shell tortillas with marinated grilled chicken and steak, seasoned bell peppers, and onions, served with shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. Accompanied with Caesar or garden salad, assorted, canned pop and water, and assorted cookies.
